5 out of 5 stars Great Internal Frame pack   January 10, 2009

This is a very good deal. I looked at packs for almost a month before resting on this one. Tough construction and rain resistant, I've had no problems in my last four backpacks. All straps are adjustable and comfortable. I gave this five stars because the price is so extremely cheap for a great pack.

5 out of 5 stars Great value in a pack   January 4, 2009

Bought for an overseas trip, and was favorably impressed with the quality and accessibility. They ship with an initial charge and then by pound, so shop their store if you may need something else from this vendor. I bought two packs, and the second shipped for a relatively small additional charge (and promptly processed and shipped). Couldn't be happier with the pack.

5 out of 5 stars A Risk you won't regret.   August 18, 2009

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this pack because of the price as others have stated, but I took a chance on it. Actually, I took 2 chances. I bought one for myself (blue) and one for my friend (red). We backpacked outwest for 2 weeks- Half Dome at Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, the works. The bags held up great with no problems at all. We stuffed them full as well, and never had a problem with ripped or torn seams. This is a large bag- so it may be a bit heavier than some smaller packs, but when you're packing your life on your back the extra room is very much appreciated. The material looks and feels strong- I couldn't find a flimsy place on it. The "stiffness of the zippers" really isn't an issue at all.

my last backpack fell apart after 3 trips, so I was looking for a sturdy backpack with a strong material, well Cuscus (never heard of it before) is very sturdy and the meterial is heavy duty, hip support is great! it's twice the size of my old one. I've taken it to 5 trips and still looks brand new! I love it!

5 out of 5 stars Great Pack for the price   November 16, 2009

For the price my buddy paid to rent a pack for the week, I got this pack. While it wasn't made of rip-stop nylon and the most cutting edge materials, what do you expect for the price. That being said, it was still heavy duty. Several stream crossing had me jumping up and down back and forth yet the pack held up great. It also stayed put on my back. It has height adjustable shoulder straps which made it very comfortable. Well as comfortable as you can expect with a 30lbs pack on your back. My only complaint would be lack of places to strap thing down to on the outside of the bag. But other than that, for the price I paid for the pack I am extremely happy with it.
